I design, build, and deploy it — in your repo, on your infrastructure, with evaluation and monitoring included. The deliverable is a feature your users are using, not a handoff document.
Next month starts with a recommendation
After each ship I tell you what I’d build next and why, based on what your data showed during the build. You still choose — it’s a menu, not a roadmap I impose.

Three-month minimum. No tiers, no custom quotes — the scope is fixed so the price can be. No hiring process, no six-month ramp: your first feature ships the first month.
Why me and not an agency: retrieval quality is my published research area. The experiments I publish here — chunking, embeddings, citation behavior — are the same engineering decisions your feature depends on. I run production AI systems myself, and I publish my methods, including what didn't work. You're hiring the engineer who shows his work.
Who it's not for

- You need “a whole AI platform.” That’s a team and a year, not a retainer. I ship one well-scoped feature at a time.
