This Privacy Policy explains how Prodius Enterprise ("we," "us," or "our") — the personal research-lab website and blog of Cristian Prodius — collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this site.

If you contact us by email, we collect the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, and message.
If you submit the inquiry form on the work-with-me page, we collect the details you provide (your email address, product URL, feature selection, and notes) together with basic attribution data about how you found the site (such as UTM parameters and the referring page). This information is delivered to us by email via Resend (our email delivery provider) and stored in our self-hosted CRM so we can respond and keep track of the conversation. If you book a call through Cal.com, we receive the booking details (your email, name, and scheduled time) the same way. We use this information only to respond to and manage your inquiry.
We also collect basic website and device information, such as pages visited, browser type, IP address, referring page, approximate location, and interaction data.
2. Analytics
We use PostHog to understand how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are read and how visitors move through them. PostHog processes usage data such as page views, device and browser information, and interaction events on our behalf. This includes session replays of on-page interactions (form inputs are masked and never recorded) and automatic capture of uncaught JavaScript errors. PostHog also stores a randomly generated device identifier in a cookie and local storage to distinguish visitors across page loads.

We use information to respond to messages, operate and improve the website, understand readership, protect security, and comply with legal obligations.
4. How We Share Information
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, such as hosting, analytics, email delivery (Resend), and scheduling (Cal.com) providers. We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or with your direction or consent.
We do not sell personal information.

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, to comply with legal obligations, and to protect our rights.
6. Security
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
