We build, copy, and QA five activation touchpoints inside your launch month: post-purchase email banner, order-confirmation page, push opt-in flow, app-store badges, and a one-time install nudge. If we don't ship all five before launch month ends, you get a $2,500 service credit.

What's actually inside the launch guarantee?

Contractual, not marketing. If your apps aren't approved and live on both the App Store and Google Play within 30 days of build start, your first three months of service are on us — and you keep the apps and the push system either way. We can only honor it because we cap onboarding at four brands per quarter.

What if I'm not ready for $3,500 a month?

Then Signature isn't the right fit yet. Ask us about Studio — a smaller-footprint launch designed for stores under $1M/year. We'd rather help you grow into Signature than over-sell you today.

Do you take a percentage of app revenue?

No. No success fee, no revenue share, no take rate. Tapcart-style platforms charge 1.75–2.5% of app GMV on top of their monthly. Our fee is flat — your revenue is yours.

Can you support Shopify Plus, headless, or multi-region?

Yes — but those engagements go through Atelier, our invitation-only tier. Custom scope, custom MSA, executive sponsor. Tell us what you're running and we'll route you.

What does the $10,000 setup cover?

The full launch package: store audit, app UX design, native build configuration, push setup, 50-template push library, integration scoping, store-listing assets, app-store submission, and the first 30 days of pod time.

Why is there a slot limit?

Because we deliver with a real pod per brand, not a self-serve dashboard. Four brands per quarter is what we can serve without dropping the guarantee. Once the slots are gone, the next opening is the following quarter.
