Prodius Enterprise Is Now an AI Research Lab
Prodius Enterprise started as a mobile-app agency. That chapter is over — I closed it before it signed its first client, because it competed for the one resource I can't scale: time next to a day job I actually love.
What stays is the part I kept doing anyway: running experiments and writing about them. So this site is now an independent research lab of one, focused on the corner of AI I know best — how machines find, read, and cite the web.
What I'll publish here
- Lab notes — short write-ups of experiments while they're still warm: what I tested, the data, what surprised me.
- Experiments — longer, reproducible pieces on LLM retrieval and citation behavior, AI crawlers, and what actually moves inclusion in AI answers.
- Essays — opinions I can defend, clearly separated from measurements.
The rules
Everything published here follows three rules: first-party data over secondhand claims, methods described in enough detail to reproduce, and no conclusions stretched past what the data supports. This is personal work — independent of my employer.
If any of that sounds useful, the research areas page describes what I'm digging into first.
